网页图片抓取器(PicGet) V1.0 Description:
一、设计目的：
    为方便同学下载网页上的连载漫画，批量下载网站上的漫画图片。
二、实现功能：
    批量下载网页上的图片，网页地址匹配，图片地址关键字搜索。
三、安装说明：
    1、确认系统已安装MSXML2.6以上的组件；
    2、确认系统已安装MS Scripting Runtime,以及1.0以上版本的MS VBScript Regular Expressions；
    3、有的系统需要注册MSCOMCT2.OCX,注册方法：Dos命令 regsvr32 [MSCOMCT2.OCX所在路径]；
    4、直接运行，无须安装。
