钉子帮忙：有些用户出现不能收发邮件的现像，事件日志ID：8215

今天在服务器上移动了几个同事的邮件，结果出现他们收发不了邮件的情况。查了事件日志，显示其错误的ID为：8215。<br>
但我在微软上查了一下，应该这个错误是不用理会的：<br>

消息: The mailbox creation callback failed to rename any folders in mailbox mailbox name. <br><br>
解释 <br>
This event is typically seen during a Move Mailbox operation. This is not a serious event and can be safely ignored. <br>
This error occurs because, during a Move Mailbox operation, a call is made to EXCDO to localize folder names before moving the properties of the mailbox. Later, when the client logs on to the moved mailbox for the first time, everything gets localized correctly to the current client language. So this error is harmless. <br><br>
用户操作 <br>
As mentioned before, this is a harmless error and, therefore, no user action required. <br>

但结果就是他们几个的邮箱出问题了，不知大家有什么好的解决方法？<br>

觉得这个问题比较奇怪。以前移动用户都没出现问题。<br>
现重建用户OK了。
