邮件服务器不能收邮件

我用的win2003自带的POP3与SMTP服务，域为：5wdr.com，向外发信正常，但用QQ，给web_service@5wdr.com发邮件时出错，信息如下：

无法发送到 web_service@5wdr.com
退信原因	未知原因 host mail.5wdr.com[118.182.17.155] said: 530 5.7.3 Client was not authenticated (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
解决方案	请联系您的收件人（web_service@5wdr.com）或其所在服务商了解退信原因。

请大家帮忙看一下，先谢了。

用别的邮箱试了一下，用的是outlook发的，也发不过去，返回信息如下：

Hi. This is the smtp delivery program.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

您的邮件不能成功的递送到指定地址。这是一个永久的错误，因此不得不放弃继续递送。

需要开启匿名认证

收邮件也要看匿名认证？那样别人不就可以用它垃圾邮件了吗？

呵呵，不是这样的，别人发邮件给你，如果你不开启匿名认证，请问，对方怎么会有你系统的账号呢？想想！至于当做垃圾邮件的情况，你需要设置 只允许通过身份验证的用户中继就可以了。

我开启匿名认证后能收到邮件了，但还存在下面的问题：

我也设置了 只允许通过身份验证的用户中继就，但我用outlook测试时发现，这样的用户可以匿名向外发邮件，这也不行呀
