客户端偶尔出现收到邮件内容，但收不到附件

邮件系统MD9.0以上英文版，发送方和接收方都是公司同事，发送方使用outlook2003，接收方使用outlook express，出现了几次接收方能收到发送方发的邮件正文，但是接受不到附件内容。发送方是同时把该封含有附件的邮件发送给两个用户，其中一个用户正常，一个接收不到附件。然后，其中正常接收邮件的用户转发此封邮件给异常用户，异常用户又正常。下面是MD邮件服务器不能日志文件的记录，烦请高手赐教。这种模式的异常现象出现过几次了。
其中用户说明：发送方  wlh@abc.com 正常接收方  sunlichang@abc.com 异常接收方  tsj@abc.com

这个问题可能跟服务器无关，查找一下客户端的原因。

谢谢，回复，三个客户端 发送方  wlh@abc.com 使用office outlook 2003  正常接收方  sunlichang@abc.com  使用office outlook 2003    异常接收方  tsj@abc.com  使用outlook express。客户端一些基本的问题查询都已经做过了，不知道有没有其他朋友也遇到这样的问题
另外  从邮件服务器上面的日志比较来看，发送方同时发送给两个用户的邮件，大小容量不一样；其二，异常可接受方在病毒检测时，出现不一样的日志：
