发给国外客户的邮件被阻止

请教各位:
      我公司发给国外客户的邮件匀被这个http://www.mail-abuse.com机构给阻挡了,不晓得谁这么缺德,上了这个网址是专门阻止垃圾邮件的一个什么机构?请问各位有没有遇到这种情况的朋友,怎样搞掂,谢谢!
