Exchange 出錯,部份人收不到郵件.

各位大哥, 我的EX服務器出問題了,我是公司系統結構是一個AD+一個EX服務器（裝诺顿企業版10。0）組成，現出現的錯誤情況如下:

1、部份人的OUTLOOK總是連不到郵件服務器.重啟後可以解決很多問題，但過一兩個小時又出問題了。
2、EX服務器上的EX系統管理器經常打不開。重啟後正常，但過一會又不行了。
3、部分郵件延時，有人發出郵件後OUTLOOK的寄件備份中在寄出，同一個域中的同事無論用POP3或OUTLOOK連接都沒有收到，在EX服務器重啟後才能收到。
4、日誌中出現很多如下錯誤：

AD和EX服務器都沒有中毒.....AD的訪問正常,不過我覺得是EX與AD通訊出問題了....AD的狀態怎樣檢測呀....

诺顿的查毒功能不是很好，前段时间有个叫威金的病毒诺顿就是检查不到，用卡吧才杀掉
建议用卡吧杀毒，在服务器不正常时候，查看ＣＰＵ和内存使用情况以及查看有无可疑进程！

3.提高DSAccess的诊断日志
