exchange 2007 安装报错

安装时报错：
集线器传输角色
失败

错误:
Service 'MSExchangeTransport' failed to start. Check the event log for possible reasons for the service start failure.

哪位大哥知道这是什么？

我想卸载时又报错：

集线器传输角色
失败

错误:

为什么安装不上啊？:'(
