Presenter Biographies
[*]Joseph Chan
Joseph Chan is a program manager on the System Center Operations Manager product team, responsible for overall product security, the planning and development of enterprise features and security features. Prior to joining the Operations Manager team, Joseph was a developer in the Exchange Server team where he worked on server scalability and development of monitoring components.
[*]Justin Incarnato
Justin Incarnato is the “Community” program manager on the Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) team responsible for training and readiness. In his previous role, Justin was a member of the Premier Field Engineering group supporting MOM for multiple large companies.
[*]Tom Keane
Tom Keane is a lead program manager on the System Center Operations Manager team responsible for user experience. Tom has been with Microsoft for over 6 years, working with management technologies in consulting and engineering roles.
[*]Omar Kouatly
Omar Kouatly is a program manager in the Operations and Service Management group responsible for driving customer focused design and development efforts across the entire group. His product responsibilities include and System Center Operations Manager, System Center Essentials and the recently announced Microsoft System Center Service Manager. Omar has been at Microsoft since 1997 and has been focused on building products that make Microsoft technologies easier to manage.
[*]Dhananjay Mahajan
Dhananjay Mahajan is a program manager in the Microsoft Operations Manager team. In his role, Dhananjay is responsible for client monitoring, notifications, Microsoft .NET application monitoring and Web services management. In the past, he worked on .NET application server technologies such as Windows Communication Foundation, .NET Transactions, Distributed Transaction Coordinator, and Enterprise services (COM+).
[*]Lorenzo Rizzi
Lorenzo Rizzi works as a lead program manager in the System Center Operations Manager team responsible for the product architecture and feature set. He has been with Microsoft for ten years and contributed to Operations Manager in different capacities since the MOM 2000 release.
[*]Roger Sprague
Roger Sprague is a software development engineer on the System Center Operations Manager team. He is responsible for many aspects of the Operations Manager SDK including the Command Shell. Roger has been with Microsoft for a number of years, working on IIS 5, Application Center 2000, MOM 2005 and Operations Manager 2007.
[*]Steve Wilson
Steve Wilson is a program manager on the System Center Operations Manager core team. He is responsible for much of the core monitoring infrastructure of the product as well as management pack infrastructure, including the management pack schema. Steve has been with Microsoft for over 5 years, and before working in his current engineering role, he worked in Microsoft Consulting Services helping customers design, deploy, and operate solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
